Shipping and Returns

Shipping Times: We will do our very best to ship out orders within 24 hours of being placed as long as the item is in stock. Items that are not in stock will have an expected arrival date in the description. If there is no date and it is live on the website then the item is in stock. If it is a local pickup order (Delray Beach, Florida), we will pack your order ASAP and send and e-mail when your bag is ready for pickup. Your purchase will be placed by our front door protected by a camera with your name on it to allow contactless delivery! 

Returns and Exchanges: We want you to love your purchase! We will accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date of delivery or pickup. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear to have been worn, stained, washed or have an odor such as cigarettes or perfume will not be accepted. 

For mail orders, customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You may send back the items using the shipping carrier and method of your choice. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information to ensure the delivery. If you choose to return by mail, please contact us for the mailing address and the Return Request Form will be e-mailed to you. No return orders will be accepted via mail without the Return Request Form. 

For local pickup order returns, please contact us and we will coordinate the return. No worries! 

After 14 days, all sales are final.
